It's not the act of doing it, but the correlation I draw with mentally "less gifted" people on Twitter and hashtags. When I see people hashtag, it is commonly on pointless, idiotic, dumb, or just plain incorrect things. So, that's my thought process.

Shatter, I feel as though life is too short to care about something as simple as a hashtag. I don't understand why people get so bothered by it. I understand if someone is going off on a wall of hashtags, but using one hashtag is hardly annoying.

What about instagrugh, Robot? I've seen walls of hastagging there, though I do my best to stay unaffiliated with that website.

Wait. You realise my bouts of hashtagging are satirical, right?

I'm with Cal on this one. I feel as though someone's IQ is inversely proportional to the amount of times that they hashtag something.

Acceptable amount on Dropshock is zero, in my opinion.

Come to think of it, you probably just surpassed the acceptable amount of hashtags on twitter as well...

Atlas, you have surpassed the acceptable hashtag usage. 2 hashtags is the maximum amount of hashtags allowed to be used on any site that isn't twitter...
