I have made a signature using photoshop, how do I get it onto the site and use it?

You need to upload it to some site of picture hosting like Photobucket. It's free and you can load multiple images... Just make sure that it isn't a source file and is compatible with this site (meaning convert the .psd file to a .jpg or .png)

Well assuming what I see in your signature is your attempt at it, just remove the "?t=1322527509" from the end. When linking to the picture with image tags it needs to end with the file extension, otherwise the site doesn't handle it properly.
Plus all the stuff afterwards isn't important really. It helps display the picture in different ways on that website or provides the website various information, but it isn't actually needed nor does it do anything when you are just wanting to link straight to the picture file.

Also, try using the magic brush in PS to delete the white background. Then delete any layers behind the main NITRO word that are not useful so it has a transparent background and save it as a PNG.
Of course, that is in case you want it to have a transparent background.
