First off, I would like to apologise for it's lateness, but my sister had stolen my laptop on Wednesday night, and returned it on Friday... So I decided to make it a bit longer, so those couple extra days are worth it! Hello everyone! Welcome to the Weekly Bulletin, I'm Vengeance, and this is the second bulletin I'm writing for you guys. In this bulletin I'll be covering the promotions over the last week, A small error on 343i's front, DK's alter ego fighting a euro, and an Interview with one of the most... Interesting people I've had the pleasure of working with.

First off, I have an important notice: If you have been experiencing trouble connecting to the site lately, Ltc. Vitamin is aware of the problem, and is trying to find the root, but if you could put an error report on this thread here.

Moving on, we have the promotion news, which is where I'm gonna welcome Desolate and Belligerent into the brigade, as this week, they were promoted to private! Pull up a chair guys, you have some good times to hear about. And of course, I couldn't forget two new Corporals. Goblin and Split, congrats guys, you deserve it!
