| | The Dropshock Brigade has gone for far too long without adequate media resource input. Throughout it's lifespan, it's been pretty much Elliot, who made the rank avatars, and myself, who has done everything else. Everyone always asks for work, and how they can help the Brigade and every time I tell them we need graphic design, which I lack. No one has stepped up. There are amateur graphic designers here, well it's time you sprout in your abilities and fill a meaningful role, and develop media elements for the Dropshock Brigade full time. The positions are as follows. |

| Front/Back End Web Developer
This position is for the person who develops the Dropshock Brigade code infrastructure, between the site database, and the fire directory. This is creating new functionality for the website, automated systems, ect.
Graphic Designer
Someone who is creating banners, signatures, advertisements, ect for the Dropshock Brigade. They need to be highly skilled, or at least dedicated to the constant betterment of their skills.
Flash Designer
It's a stretch, but someone who can create either full flash sites, or flash elements for our current site, to enhance the user interface, and overall aesthetic experience.
Video Editor
Someone who is constantly working to develop montages, recruitment videos, and other clan related video material that will promote the Dropshock Brigade in the way of a professional, and respectful organization.
Team Lead: Ventura
Team:
Journalist
Someone who is posting news daily to the headquarters relating to either the Brigade, Bungie, Xbox or Halo, or anything related to the curriculum. This is done daily, not weekly, not monthly.

| If you'd like, I can handle Journalist. I don't have a portfolio, but I'm on my computer every day looking at IGN, Bungie, 343 Studies, Gamespot, ect. If there's anything for me to know about games, I generally find it every day.
EDIT: I feel like Journalism deserves a team of 2-3 people. Somebody to get general gaming news, somebody for Bungie news, somebody for any other generic news concerning the Brigade.

| I would like to apply for the position of a Journalist. I've been planning on going to college for Journalism at some point down the road, and have experience in digging up information (and presenting it for a now-deceased clan). The work was completely voluntary-based, and I have no problems with digging up information from within the clan.
I cannot find the reports that I did for the clan, but I was very active and knew exactly what was happening, even if I wasn't involved.
As for providing a resume of sorts (if not an example of my experience), I am happy to provide an example upon your request, Vitamin.

| DO you have to be a personel, I could be graphic desginer. And im no amature i have atleast 1 years worth of expirence with photoshop, Theory aswell :
EDIT: I havent used photoshop in awhile beacause my main computer failed... but i do have it on this crap laptop. Problem is i dont think im aloud to download anything on it as is not mine. but yeh :P

| You don't have to be clan personnel for some of these jobs. I'm looking for maybe even up to 2 people to fill one of the roles above, like Journalist. Others are only 1.
Hammond, send it away mate, I'm very interested in giving you the job because it relates to you in real life, that's a large focus here. You can even put this on your resume if you'd like as work experience, and if necessary, they may contact me for validation, and I will speak nicely of you.
Obviously it would be titled as something like this: "Online Community Journalist" - (2 Years) or some fancy title. Not "Dropshock Brigade News Officer".

Keep in mind there may be more than one person per position. Preferably one who can do it all.

| I haven't gotten any Pm's regarding past experience for any graphic designers.
I have appointed Journalism and Video team leaders. They will decide if they could use any more use in the field. If someone qualified comes along, they will surely pick them up. Team leaders are not the most skilled in the field, they are the most capable of managing projects, and utilizing the skills of the team effectively.
