| Not stuff that's played on the radio like 50 cent and the game and crap like that. If you want to listen to some good hip-hop/rap here are some choices.
Wiz Khalifa: Recently BLEW UP this year, been putting out Mixtapes since he was 14, recently got signed to Atlantic Records.
Recommended Mixtapes: Star Power, Flight School, Deal or No Deal
Curren$y: Another rapper who is currently on his rise, Curren$y used to be on Young Money until they screwed him over on the release of The Carter II and cut his tracks, since then he has been solo. Does A LOT of collaborations with Wiz Khalifa.
Recommended Mixtapes: How Fly, Fast Times at Ridgemont Fly, Fear and Loathing in New Orleans, Pilot Talk
XV (Vizzy): My all time favorite rapper. Mainly, because he's kind of a nerd. He raps about playing video games a lot, being the out of place kid when he was younger, all those things. When you listen to the kid he raps about in his music, you would have never thought he would become a rapper, especially one who can do it so well. XV was recently signed to Warner Brothers last month.
Recommended Mixtapes: Everybody's Nobody, Square in the Circle, Vizzy Zone, The Definition
If anyone has some great hip-hop or mashups they would like to share, feel free to post them here! Just give a little background on the artist and what to listen to. |

| Haha, I listen to everyone you just mentioned.
I actually just went to Wiz Khalifa's concert last week in Toronto. Lightin' up mad spliffs in there, was a great time.
I'm more into Army of the Pharoahs/Jedi Mind Tricks though.
Jus Allah, King Magnetic, Vinnie Paz, Atmosphere, Celph Titled, Reef da Lost Cauze, Sabac Red, Diggy Simmons, etc.

| That's sick! I am going to see Wiz at Clifton Park in November, should be a dank show. I love Army of the Pharoahs and Jedi Mind as well. Have you ever heard of Heiroglyphics? They're mad tight. |

| I listen to very little Hip Hop, I am more of an RnB/ Soul listener. Most of the music I listen to is mainstream but I have a couple in there like Bei Maejor/ New Boyz/ Trey Songz in there mixed with the more main ones like T Pain/ Usher/ Jason Derulo/ Jay Sean etc.
You get the point I am sure :D. I also listen to a little Dubstep but I am a bit picky with which ones I do or don't listen to. Primarily - Chrispy Dubstep.

| They're sick, Mind. Also one of the guys in Hieroglyphics has some solo stuff that is pretty damn awesome. His name is Del tha Funkee Homosapien, everyone calls him Del or Deltron. His best CD is Deltron 3030, imo. So awesome, give him a listen! |

| Big L is some great 90's hip-hop, I suggest "Life Stylez ov da poor and dangerous." Also old Eminem, I recommend his first album "Infinite", very chilled out album. One of his best but not very popular.

| Big L is sooooo sick! I've got a bunch of his stuff. Also, if we're kickin it back to 90's rap... I gotta mention Gangstarr! GURU and DJ Premier were so sick. Moment of Truth is an amazing song. |
