| I was informed that Private Rusteh no longer wished to be a part of the Brigade any longer, and looking at his uniform supports and validates the information.
Private Rusteh is being honorably discharged from the Brigade, even though he didn't even tell me, of which I'm very disappointed. He has been here since the beginning, always there to make people smile and laugh. He will be missed.
Good luck to whatever it is that you wish to pursue next,
- Omi

| This saddens me deeply...I wish you luck in whatever you do Rusteh. Nobody will be able to replace you and I will always remember you as the fun guy with the secret map who started the District 9 Syndrome. Farewell.

| Uh... Omi, I've been talking to Rusteh for a little and he said he'd stay, if you got the information from Syphex, it's a tad bit out-dated. As for his uniform, that was probably changed when he told Syphex that, but he hasn't been online since, his CO is kind of mean and is somewhat forcing him to play WoW a lot of the time.
However, I could be wrong on this, but you might want to talk to him first before having decided to discharge him. If you have, I apologize and I'd like to say that now I'm going to be all sad-faec, because no one else is going to try and seduce me in matches anymore. </3 (I'm kidding, obviously)
I'm what you'd call 'Transgendered.' If you're unaware of what this means, it means that while a person is physically one gender, they are mentally and emotionally the opposite. What this means is that emotionally and mentally a woman at heart and I'd like to be treated as such. If you can't manage this, simply call me by whatever my current Gamertag is. Do not be afraid to ask me questions via PMs. |

| I checked his uniform before I made the post.

If not, he's getting discharged for being out of uniform, because this isn't the first time.

| I'd still have at least talked about it to him first, he might have a reason why that's the case, maybe he changed it when he told Syphex he was going to quit, and hasn't changed it back because he hasn't been on Halo lately? I talk to him everyday, really, he told me he wasn't quitting, but he hasn't been on XBL lately because his Commanding Officer (real life one) has been wanting him to play World of Warcraft with him.
All I'm saying is that you should probably talk to Rusteh first before deciding that he should be discharged. Although, he'll probably want to quit now that you've jumped the gun and posted this.

| I wouldn't consider this jumping the gun. He told Syphex he's quitting, Syphex relays this to me, I make the post. If he doesn't want to leave, why did he tell Syphex? Once he makes a decision like that, it's made, otherwise he should have thought about it more.
It's not like he's being dishonorably discharged, it's honorable, it can be revoked easily, but he better have a good reason.

| All I'm saying is that you shouldn't take someones word for something when it regards someone else. It can be easily abused. How would you feel if you were kicked out of a group that you were part of because someone else said you didn't want to be there?
Rusteh was upset at the time and had a lot of other things going on, so he made a rash decision and told Syphex he was going to quit. You believed him instantly after finding 'proof' and you saw fit to not even question Rusteh about it. Just seems to me like a really good way to alienate someone.
I've missed a lot of opportunities to be with people because someone there told the person organizing whatever it was that I didn't want to be there or I wouldn't be interested, when the opposite was true. It hurts, it really does. It's a breach of trust and respect.
In short, don't make decisions for other people. If Rusteh wanted to leave, he'd leave a post saying so. I have already given you an explanation as to why he isn't online lately.

I've been talking to him on Skype everyday, pretty much. He currently isn't on right now so I can't ask him. As for that PM, wasn't that sent last week? I've since then convinced him to change his mind, which is why he didn't post anything on the site. Or at least, that's what he told me.

| PM was sent June 2nd. Four days ago. I didn't tell Vitamin until June 3rd. He had like three days to reconsider before this discharge took place. |

| If there is one persons word on the internet that I would trust, it would be Syphex's. He got to his position through hard work and dedication, and has continued to impress ever since. He has my complete trust, as do all officers of high command, otherwise they would not be on the staff.
So if Syphex gives me information, I know it's not a lie. I know if he's shaky on the information, he'll make sure to tell me it's not definite, and he won't make assumptions or make up information.

| I agree with you, Vitamin. Syphex told you what Rusteh said at the time, but he is unaware of new events. I never said Syphex couldn't be trusted but sometimes things change. No one is omnipotent and so therefore if something regards another person you shouldn't simply take someone elses word for it without hearing it from the person in question.

| This discharge has been revoked. Rusteh is still a personnel of the Dropshock Brigade. The mistake was his, not mine however Grakus.
