It looks absolutely terrible. The Call of Duty series, in my opinion, has just went downhill. CoD 1 = Good, CoD 2 = Good, CoD 3 = Good, CoD 4 = Good, CoD 5 = Bad, CoD 6 = Bad, CoD 7 = Terrible, CoD 8 = Absolute disgrace to the Call of Duty franchise.
Just my opinion though and obviously you can't judge a book by it's cover as the saying goes but if the previous games are anything to go by this will unfortunately not be a good game.
CoD 3 was terrible. So was CoD 5. The others, aside from 2 and 4, were just ok, fun arcady shooters.
Blops 2 just looks terrible though. We haven't seen gameplay so we can't judge that yet, but the graphics for the trailer were absolutely some of the worst graphics I've seen on the 360. You would think that with the billions of dollars they are raking in, they would be able to afford a new engine.
Even though the graphics and campaign look horrible, i can say without a doubt that the game will make alot of sales if they include a zombies mode again.
No solid gameplay so you can judge accurately. However, my first opinion on that is not good. I have never really liked the COD series but I knew COD game when I saw one. If the game is anything like the futuristic, horse riding, trailer then they are having a laugh or have just lost what COD was.

No offense but you seem like you just hopped on the bandwagon. Literally everyone says that. And you can say that all you want (like 90% of the gaming community) about all THOSE cods, but I know im not the only one who has noticed EVERYONE complains about every call of duty just copying and pasting and when they finally do change things up, as seen in the trailer, people still complain -_- There is no pleasing any of the gaming community.
Is that a joke? When did I mention anywhere that Call of Duty is copying and pasting?
You say when they finally do change things up people still complain. Unless you haven't noticed the main changes came about 4 years ago when Treyarch introduced tanks and changed the perks in WaW. Infinity Ward started messing around with killstreaks (to a stupid amount), titles, emblems, riot shields and perks in MW2 3 years ago. So clearly the changes are not finally here, they have been in the Call of Duty series for far longer.
All I was getting at was that the developers are bringing in things that in my opinion just ruin the game (killstreaks for example). I enjoyed the days when we had killstreaks at 3,5 and 7 in MW and WaW. Not all of this care package rubbish and support killstreaks(which are for people that cannot get legit killstreak).
If they just went back to basics I would enjoy the game a lot more, but this is only my opinion and I know that many people will disagree.
The reveal trailer is definitely interesting and I think Black Ops 2 will have an exceptional campaign like most Call of Duty games do (I'm disregarding their lack of character development and plot holes). If they include zombies, it will be enjoyable, however I expect multiplayer to be the same old recycled gameplay with its usual quirks and glitches.
I'm not saying whether I'll buy it or not as I'm still on the fence but I'll figure out out when it comes closer to release.
I think that this would be an ok game. I would have to see game play before i make a decision on whether I give the game a try or not. So far it looks ok.
Is it just me, or does this look like a Tom Clancy game? Seems like a remake of GRAW, just with better graphics <.<
Probably gonna just rent it for the campaign, and get whatever achievements I can out of whatever the co-op is gonna be (Nazis, spec ops, etc.). Multiplayer doesn't look too thrilling.

You can't climb to the top if you don't start at the bottom.
The games come out too soon after each other and its just annoying, we ho though this every year with very little changes. At least treyarch are taking a step in the right direction with trying to Innovate.
They finally get one game balanced and then release a brand new one, Just seems pointless buying it every year.
Also Call of Duty does copy and paste allot, even playing through MW3, I still ran through some building and though " wait this is the building from this map on Cod 4". That is cutting corners, and we shouldn't encourage it by buying the game every year. They need to change something other then Guns, maps, and kill streaks. Otherwise, it might as well be an expansion.

Since when did graphics make a good game.
Graphics do not make a good game, gameplay does. Even so, in this day and age, with a AAA title, it is expected to have at least comparable graphics to other AAA games being released. This looks like launch games for the Xbox 360. It's tough to play a game with graphics from 2005 when games like Battlefield 3, Crysis and Halo 4 are setting the bar even higher.
Gameplay is the most important, don't get me wrong, but as a design element of a the game, graphics should be aesthetically pleasing and up to date. This is especially true for a multibillion dollar publishing company.
Ha, remember the days when we all thought that Combat Evolved looked so amazing that it couldn't possibly get any better? Completely blew Medal of Honor out of the water.
Aww, low poly... those were the days.

Pikachu honestly, you are being a HUGE fan boy at the moment. You are disregarding VALID arguments, and ignoring the plain and simple facts. Graphics are a huge part of a game, and if you ignore them you will become one of the worst game developers in history, though when the majority of the community is <12 years old, I guess you can expect that. Black Ops 2 looks like Black Ops 1 or probably worse, and if your saying they have pre recorded footage, then consider what changes Halo 4 has made to the engine. I'll put it this way, Battlefield 3, which came out in 2011, has at least 3 times the graphical content this 'teaser' showed us, and regardless of the 6 months they have to upgrade it, they can't change it that much. Treyarch is getting desperate to SEEM original so they are trying to jump on the bandwagon of futuristic shooters, but stuffed it up massively. If you want to have a futuristic game, why have a horse-riding scenario. If you want to have a futuristic game, then don't use a frigging B2-Spirit as a jet, as it is commonly knows as a bomber. Even Infinity ward has the Spirit as a bomber, as seen in the kill-streak "Stealth Bomber". Ill end my rant here, but you have to think through what your saying before you say it dude.
Well I have to commend Treyarch for doing something different, though it may not seem original or completely different, they have attempted to make something new and unique to the COD series, I think that it doesn't look half bad considering that the games on Xbox360 have already reached their graphical limit.
Also the fact that the game will be smoother will always take away from the roughness of COD 2,3,4 what they really need to do is get the balance of weapons right, Treyarch tried doing that in Black Ops by removing the quick scoping factor even though you could with some skill involved. maps need to be sort of symmetrical to promote some fairness through gameplay and their need to be places that make it harder to spawntrap. If your playing for fun its a terrible game, but if your playing to win, you should find some enjoyment in finding angles to take people down in half a second before they can even see your there.
Other than all that about COD in general, if they can make the game fairer and faster it should be good, oh and it would be great if the could prevent camping, maybe with a constant UAV that detects people staying in the same area for more than 10 seconds.
And they did change something here. They went back on a policy they started out with because it makes better business sense and also pleases the community aka the customers more. It's not like what Microsoft is trying to do is bad, it's just not the....
So changing something that the majority of your customers dislike is not listening to the community but is rather a business move to avoid losing more customers? Sounds like they are listening to the community aka their customers.
They aren't listening to the community. They saw that they screwed up and were afraid of losing customers. They didn't change anything here. Pretty much they said "Everything will stay the same as it currently is on the 360" and suddenly everybody thi
Not sure how that is GG Nitro... oh, and in case people don't realize, this also means you won't be able to share your games online with people, one of the few features MS came out with that was decent. I really don't see how not-always online and bein
