If Sony can deliver a great online service and maintain consistent and credible support for its servers, then Sony has a huge edge. They have better hardware specs, better console prices, and the one thing they need is the online support.

I think what Val said was that they are more worried about losing profit than making something good. I am also pissed off that they dropped always online, it affects <5% of people and the features were awesome.
