I was Just wanting to practice, And I find the whole 'recruits connot participate' thing a little unfair.
I have played MLG for 2 years so if your thining im going to let you down or something then you have the wrong Idea, I used to play with elamite and snipedown last year and my team was 23rd a few seasons ago.

| The rule is in place so that members who have already passed enlistment get their chance to compete. You may practice with us, but you may not play in the actual match. I look forward to see how well if you play if what you say is true, and you will make an excellent adition to Delta.

Clan matches are for members of clans and represent their clans. As a recruit, you are not a full member of the clan and are not allowed to represent the clan in matches. Most clans don't let non-members represent them in matches, so it isn't like this is anything unusual. It is a benefit of being part of the clan, but it needs to first be earned by becoming a full member of the clan.
As for practices, most people let recruits participate. While practices are also a benefit of being a clan member, it is one most people are willing to extend to recruits. But it is up to the individual practice leader to decide.

| Thats more of a responce I was expecting, However I have a slight problem but I think I have a way around it. You see I am currently working in the Halo franchise on a Windows P.C game set to release in a few years and the staff on Reach all have the same emblem, But you want me to change my emblem which is a problem.
The only alternative that could work is that when I am in your party I change my emblem to the clans, and when I am in a party with the staff at 'Vortex Industries' I change it back.
What do you think?

| Whoa, wait. I did nothing of the sort. I was not party leader at the time, I had no part in your removal from the game. You are more than welcome to attend our practices, which are every Tuesday and Thursday. I'll invite you next time we have one.
As for the embelem situation I don't think that is acceptable. The field manual clearly states that the Brigade uniform must be worn at all times. This includes the embelem. You might want to wait for clarification on this, but that will probably be the answer.

Not only is this the wrong place to talk about this, but you are also coming across are extremely rude. You are to remain in uniform at all time. No exception. If anyone sees you out of uniform, you shall be warned and then denied.

| Im not coming across as rude, Im asking a question to your opinion on what I should do, I understand that you want me to wear the 'uniform' however that is a problem so im trying to find a way around it.
My team wears the emblem to represent the company when in the Halo community, Its a way of advertisment and representation.
I could change my emblem to the clan emblem now and keep it that way apart from when I have to represent my team on Reach, This would not be a long length of time, probably a few hours per week. which would be the equivalent of around 15 minutes per day.

Well to me it seems like you are putting yourself as the "exception" Recruit. You are the same as every other recruit, You need to follow the same rules they do, and everyone else does. No exceptions. No matter how good you are, no matter which company you work for, no matter who you have played with, no matter which rank your team came. Do I make myself clear recruit?

Yeah I understand, I would have liked to sort things out a little more but I understand the rules, I have changed my emblem.

| Gentlemen,
To bring us back on topic:
Congratulations to Lt. Flash, Cpl. Affliction, Spc. Nitro, and Spc. Tank who took home the win for us today. More to follow in the report. I would also like to thank the Dark Order of the Sith. They played extremely well, were very honorable, and we are very much looking forward to the match next week with them!
Very Respectfully,
LCpl. DK
