I am bringing Vitamin out of exile. We need a logistics officer and he has volunteered to take over that position. I am reinstating him into the Brigade at the rank of Major. Currently I have not chosen an XO and that hasn't changed yet. I would like to welcome back Vitamin and its good to know that our staff here has just gotten stronger. I know people thought he was gone for good due to exile but the CO can bring someone back from exile if they feel there is a need for that person's services.

Though I am a bit confused. I thought that he was handling logistics for us despite no longer being a part of the Brigade. And he didn't take his Xbox to college (to my knowledge). So this would make him completely exempt to XBL activity requirements.
So what I'm not getting, is what exactly does this do? He was handling logistics and exempt to activity requirements (actually all requirements) before and he still is now. Is it just for the title or so that he can have access to officer specific panels (officially anyways)? Or is there something I'm missing?

Before I was simply maintaining my former creations to keep the Brigade running. Now I will be actively developing the headquarters, thus continually serving the Brigade.

Officer specific panels and just another person to confirm with on the staff. Most decisions will still come from where they were before. Vitamin will be working on the site and helping with anything needed for the site.
